How to integrate Source with Cal.com

Overview

Source integrates with Cal.com to track calendar events as conversions. Once integrated, cal.com will push a conversion event into Source anytime a booking is created.

Limitations

Source does not currently "undo" any conversions for canceled or rejected bookings.

Setup

Preconditions

To setup this integration you will need:

  1. A Source account

  2. A cal.com account

  3. A cal.com API key

Recommended

Make sure you have integrated your CRM with cal.com as well. This will keep your funnel aligned across all platforms.

Process

Retrieve your cal.com API key

  1. Log into cal.com, and click Settings, then API keys in the left navigation pane.

  2. Click + Add, then give your key a useful name like Source Integration, and check the Never expires toggle

  3. You will be presented with your API key, copy this key so that you can enter it into Source.

  4. In Source, click the gear Settings icon on the left navigation, then scroll down to the Pixel Settings section.

  5. Select 3rd party embedded form, then select the cal.com integration.

  6. From there you can paste in your API Key and connect
